This question is the main key in an interview process. You may prefer to have someone familiar with your company. Prospective business analyst must know what do your production result or service that you provide. The second question you should ask is “how long do you have work experience as a business analyst and how many projects have you handled?”. You also need to find someone who can respect others. It is easier to introduce new players into your team if people can trust them.

In hiring a business analyst, the best thing to do is to determine the terms need to be searched, determine the qualifications and experience acquired as a guide to finding the perfect business analyst to perform your job.
