Losses of many companies today morely due to the use of most of their budgets on operational improvements without providing a sufficient portion to the achievement of customer satisfaction. The company’s target just how to achieve the break even point of their production. They do not realize that sooner or later it will encourage customers to leave. The main target of any business is to meet customer needs and satisfaction. It is a chore for any business analyst to be applied properly in the company. Business analyst must be able to put the needs of customers as the main target, otherwise it can be ascertained that the project done will surely fail. Business analyst must be able to listen and find out what the needs and desires to build a good relationship. When the business analyst fails to listen to what the customer needs and then be applied in the company’s project, the entire project is prepared and executed not only began with a mistake, but it will end in disaster as well.

Feedback from customers is very important, so that business analysts should be able to encourage customers to provide feedback of the products or services provided. Business analyst must understand what the wishes of customers, even when customers do not know what they want. Customers may know what they wants for their needs to be met, maybe they know how to have their needs to be met, except that customers may not be able to say what they really want. Customers may have collected important data that are related to their needs. The task of the business analyst to determine whether existing data is relevant. Business analyst must have good relationships with customers and have good skills in using language to talk with customers.

For those entrepreneurs who think short and not a long-term oriented so much choose to exclude a large cost to the development of IT to create a program and report to management rather than having to spend time or money to conduct a survey to seek customer satisfaction. It costs are large for the company to find out and determine what and how the satisfaction of the customer. Not unlike business analysts, they must be able to maintain good relations with customers and ensuring customers are satisfied with the product or service being offered.
